The PDMA has warned the district administrations of Swat, Dir Lower, Malakand, Mohmand, Charsadda, Mardan, Nowshera and Peshawar to be on alert, predicting 'high flood' in the river channels of the Swat river. Meanwhile, phone and internet services have been affected in Balochistan, while PIA operations at Quetta Airport have been suspended due to weather and communication system failure.
